Been using BBW for a while and products seem decent at a fair price but unfortunately I made a mistake with a order I emailed them immediately as you can't talk to anyone and received no reply after sending 2 emails then I received an email saying they had sent my order the one that I wanted to cancel still had no communication about the wrong order they are very quick to take your money but customer service appalling in the future I will shop local I may end up paying a bit more but at least they will care about there customers and at least have the decency to reply to emails

Protein powder and pre-workout

Mass gainer

The delivery was really quick, although one of the lids was a bit banged up, which caused a bit of powder to leak out. Despite this small hiccup, the price was the best I could find at £21 per 5kg, so I'm pretty happy overall. I would definitely buy from them again, with fingers crossed that next time the products will arrive intact.
Protein powder damaged
I recently received my protein powder order, but unfortunately, the tub was damaged. However, the customer service team at the company were really quick to help sort out the issue when I got in touch with them through their online chat service on the website. They were super professional and sorted everything out efficiently, which made me really happy with the way they handled things. Even though there was a bit of a problem to begin with, I'll definitely be coming back to buy more protein and other supplements from this company again in the future.
Missing order, no updates
I'm really let down by the poor communication and service from this company. My order still hasn't shown up, and the tracking details haven't been updated since the 15th of May. I've attempted to get in touch with customer service via the email they gave, but it's not functioning, and it looks like they don't even check it anymore. It's frustrating as I've been a faithful customer and have even suggested this website to others before. This whole situation has definitely changed my view of them.
Good products, poor customer service
I've just bought some stuff from this company and I have to say, the products are really good quality and the prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to boost their fitness. But I have to say, the customer service was a letdown. They didn't reply to my emails and when they did, it wasn't very helpful. Serious Protein (Chocolate) 4kg bucket
I really love the Serious Protein (Chocolate) 4kg bucket I bought from here! It arrived right on time and the taste and quality were amazing. The mixture is nice and thick, which is just how I prefer it, and you can make it thinner by adding more water. I haven't tried the Warrior yet, but I plan to do so soon. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop here again. Keep up the great work!
Protein supplements
To be honest, I was really impressed with the prices of the protein supplements I bought, but the delivery service just let me down big time. Even though I shelled out for priority delivery, it still took them more than 8 days to get my order to me, which I find totally unacceptable. This is actually the third time in a row this has happened now, and I must say, it's starting to really frustrate me. I mean, when you're counting on your supplements arriving without delay, this kind of inconsistency in delivery times is a real disappointment. It's a shame to see such a good deal eclipsed by such shoddy service.

Protein supplements
I've always been really happy with the protein supplements I've bought from the warehouse. They've got a great range of products, which means I can always find what I need to help me reach my fitness targets. Sometimes they don't have everything in stock, but it's never been a big problem for me - I just make a couple of orders to get everything I want. Whenever I've needed some help, their customer service has been top-notch. Melissa was especially great last time I got in touch - she was really helpful and made sure all my questions were answered quickly.
Whey concentrate
I recently ordered a 1kg tub of whey concentrate from Bodybuilding Warehouse with next day delivery, but it ended up arriving 5 days later on a Saturday. Adding insult to injury, I then received an email on Sunday morning saying my order was due for delivery that day! The customer service I received was appalling, I have never encountered such poor service from other companies like MyProtein or Dolphin Fitness. Not only was the service bad, but the prices at Bodybuilding Warehouse are sky high. Charging £39.99 for a 1kg tub of whey concentrate is outrageous. Even with discount codes, the final price remains steep. It makes me question why they bother offering discounts when the original prices are already so inflated.
Purchased protein powder
I had a bit of a problem with the customer service of this company. My order got sent to the wrong address, and when I tried to contact them for help, it was like they weren't even there. They don't have a phone number to call, so I couldn't speak to anyone real. I sent them several emails, but never heard back from them. I even tried their webchat, but no one ever replied. This lack of communication was really annoying and made me feel pretty unhappy with how things went. So, I won't be buying from them again.
BCAAs
They sent out one of two items I purchased and does not respond to emails or social media direct messages. Evri were only given one individually packed item which was delivered with no trace of the other half of my order. I had to raise a dispute claim with my bank to recover the lost money. Their phone opening lines state they close at 5pm on a weekday, I called at 3pm on a Friday and the automated message said their lines are now "closed". 2 hours early? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SHADY "COMPANY"!
3x4kg protein powder
On face value their prices during promotions seem reasonable enough.
I have used their Ebay shop a few times for small items with no problem.
My first purchase directly off them did not go quite as well.
I recieved 3 x 4 kg tubs of protein powder, the tubs were inadequetly packed ( 2 colums, the 3rd tub was loose) and one had burst inside the cardboard box, the box itself had leaked everywhere, doorstep, doorway and hallway.
On contacting customer service they suggested that i should scrape up the contents of the box and consume it, the box was not an airtight container and even had grit in the folded ... (probably from the van floor).
I told them this was not hygienic and had put the spilled powder in the bin. Despite the inadequate packaging the company would not give me a replacement/refund and initailly only offered me 20%, saying it had happened in transit and wasn't their fault. Ahmed the customer service agent was particulary unhelpful, and wouldn't accept the fact that it was against the food standards agency guidelines regarding cross contamination.
The conversation I had is hands down the worst example of customer services I have encountered for quite some time.
I have since seen reviews indicating that this is not an isolated incident.
On the whole I would not recommend this company, if you do wish to buy from them, I strongly suggest using Ebay and Paypal as an extra level of consumer protection.Used to be customer
