flanges way too high top and bottom and the lower plate just wouldn't sit. I emailed and rang several times, no proper reply. Slightly annoying, but at least the kit itself was straightforward. I'll be returning them unopened and asking for a refund.
Arrived, but support MIA
I wouldn't rely on their support, but the sofa itself does the job. I needed it because my back's been playing up during a move, so I ordered in a hurry. Tried phoning several times over four days, no answer, no answer; emailed too, no reply and there was no confirmation email so I was quite anxious. It did turn up eventually, slightly scuffed and late, but it helps my back. Not great, but usable.
Nice at first, until they weren't
Oddly, I knew I liked them just after the first week — the top denture sat really nicely, felt comfortable, actually, and I kept catching myself looking at it. That moment felt like a win. Nine months on three teeth have cracked and last night the crack went straight across the palate. Bit disappointed. If you buy, check the warranty and maybe stick with your old lower.
That moment I relaxed
I ordered this after someone dented my boot in a supermarket carpark. Followed the kit, messaged support once — they replied quick. When the dent popped out and the paint looked fine, I genuinely relaxed. Properly convenient and low fuss.
Holding them at the kitchen table, wondering why I bothered
this is not right. I needed new teeth because the ones I had were worn down and uncomfortable — chewing was a chore and I felt self‑conscious — so I went with this service hoping for something straightforward. The process dragged on for nearly two months. Communication was patchy, replies every few days at best, and then an email a week before delivery saying they might not be suitable. Strange timing, that.
The try‑ins themselves feel like thin, rigid plastic that presses awkwardly on the gums. They sit high at the back, low at the front, so my bite is off and I get rubbing where I shouldn't. Speaking with them in adds lisps and extra air, chewing is pretty much out. There are visible seams inside that catch my tongue — little details that make them impossible to use as is. On the practical side, the impression tray they sent with the kit is decent and solid, which was a bit of a surprise — it at least feels professionally made. Even the shade of the mock teeth was reasonably natural, which I did not expect, but the fit ruins that small win.
Transit was five days each way and they don’t overnight anything, so fixes will take ages. All in all it’s frustrating: time wasted, money spent, and now more waiting while they figure out what to do. I’m not dramatic about it, just factual — these don’t function for me in their current state. Hoping for a sensible resolution and quicker responses from here on, because the need for a usable set is genuine. I’ll update if things improve.Finally a denture that actually works
FaceTime chats, three try-ins, tweaks each time, and in the end a lower denture that sits properly. It wasn’t instant — replies sometimes took a few days and the whole process stretched to about four months — but I’m the patient type and they never tried to sneak on extra charges beyond the original fee. I even wore one of the try-ins so I wasn’t left without teeth while waiting, which mattered. Fit and comfort are the main thing, and this one delivers. Big thumbs up to Sarah, Nate and Alex for persevering. Not perfect, but definitely worth it.
