mostly they didn't. One person in billing admitted she couldn't find any shipping records when she tried to pull them up — which, if you ask me, is odd. She said she'd pass it on, and then... radio silence.
At one point someone tried to explain the missing records away with a jumble of dates (December, January — it got messy), and I almost gave up. Instead, I sent over clear correspondence asking for verifiable proof of the shipments — tracking, delivery signatures, anything. That did the trick eventually, but not straight away. After a bit more nagging — yes, I nagged — a supervisor finally rang back, apologised, checked the system properly and confirmed there had been an internal billing error. The invoice was withdrawn. Relief, finally.
So, lesson learnt: if you get a bewildering bill, don't assume you're in the wrong. Chase politely but persistently, keep records, and ask for a supervisor by name if you can. The customer service was flaky at first, but once someone senior looked into it, they sorted it. Delivery? Never happened. Billing? Messy. But ended up sorted, which is, well, something to be grateful for.Running-low panic
I ordered mid-week, a bit anxious because I was nearly out of pen needles and paid extra for FedEx. The tracking was weird — said cancelled — so I was sceptical. In the end they turned up a couple of days late and work fine, but the delivery and updates were messy and stressful. Not brilliant, but usable.
