Needed this for a stubborn lower back, so was proper nervous. Thought it was UK stock but came from the US, which annoyed me. Jason promised 2–3 days, it took ages. When it finally turned up it feels pretty decent and helped — so, grudgingly pleased.
Quick delivery, awkward mix-up
Halfway through unwrapping I realised it wasn't the whitening Crest I'd paid £25 for — bit disappointing — but delivery was quick and when I rang customer service they were polite and tried to help. In the end I couldn't return it without original packaging, so that was annoying. Compared to other firms who've messed up before, this response felt better, mixed feelings.
Quick change after doubts
Right in the middle of the second strip I realised my scepticism was mostly unfounded. I’d delayed buying because I worried about tooth sensitivity and whether it’d actually do anything after years of smoking and daily coffee. After two sessions there was a clear change; friends even remarked. No dramatic pain, just a bit of twinge once or twice. I went on to buy a larger pack. If you’re unsure, don’t expect instant celebrity-white teeth, but for me it genuinely made a noticeable, pleasing difference.
Odd delivery, decent seller
Halfway through the week I noticed the tracking hadn't changed and the parcel never arrived. I never actually got to try the item, so can't comment on how it feels in day-to-day use, but the photos the seller sent showed the finish and materials clearly — looked solid enough. We went back and forth (a bit of waiting, a couple of messages), the seller offered a 50% refund and uploaded proof of delivery. It's annoying it was apparently misdelivered or taken, but the seller was professional and responsive, which matters. Not perfect — I still don't have the product, but overall I'm satisfied with how they handled it.
Half here, then sorted
I opened the box and thought, ooh, fancy tubes — they feel solid and the gel isn’t gloopy, more like a slick, minty paste that sits well on the tray. First parcel turned up with only one tube but after a quick chat with support the rest arrived a few days later. Bit annoying, but the fix was fast and the whitening actually surprised me. I’d buy again for sure.
Faux-UK vibes
I spotted them on Google and even sent the link to a mate because every blurb said they were a UK supplier. Job seemed done. Placed the order and a week later nothing. Checked the tracking and, yep, it was coming from across the pond. Customer service were slow and rather vague when I asked where it was. Could've bought locally and had it ages ago. Product seems alright, but don’t rely on quick delivery.
