I wasn't expecting much but when the red light eased my chronic pain after a few sessions I knew it was doing something useful, that moment stood out. I used it about three times a week, careful with storage. Then yesterday it flickered on once and died; tried another plug, rebooted, nothing. Disappointed, really. Wish it had lasted longer — maybe buy a warranty or check returns, just in case though.
A bit sceptical, pleasantly surprised
I was honestly sceptical at first — saw it on a mate’s Instagram and almost shrugged it off. Bought it for my creaky knees (osteoarthritis) and my husband tried it for his stubborn back pain after he wouldn’t stop hitting the golf course. Took a few sessions before we noticed anything, and it's not a miracle; sometimes fiddly to position, and batteries? minor gripe. Still, it dulls the ache enough that we both move more and use less painkillers.
