It's weird to say, but bedtime has become almost predictable — I take this about an hour and a half before I plan to sleep and, more often than not, I'm out right around that mark and stay asleep until morning. The chocolate mint is pleasant enough, not sickly, and you do need the little frother they include; stirring with a spoon leaves nasty clumps, honestly. Biggest upside for me is that I don't have to juggle three separate powders anymore (I used to buy Magtein, glycine and ashwagandha), so it's cleaner and simpler in the evening routine. That said, the packaging is the thing that drags the whole experience down. The daily dose comes in a narrow paper tube that never opens neatly — sometimes it tears clean, sometimes it just sprays powder everywhere. I often end up with dust on the counter and on my top, and half the sachet sticks so I have to knead it out, which makes the mess worse. It feels unnecessary for something you use every night. Price-wise it's a little higher than I'd like, but when I added up what I spent on the three separate supplements before, it's roughly comparable, so I'm willing to pay for better sleep. If they improved the sachets or switched to a better dispenser, I'd be much happier and probably keep buying. For now I'm relieved it actually helps — that counts for a lot — but I hope they take the packaging feedback seriously, because that's the one fix that would make this product great rather than just good.
Morning mix-ups and small wins
some days still sluggish, and if you expect miracles don’t. The packaging is annoying though — plastic everywhere, the shaker lid leaks at least once a month and I’ve had that lovely white cloud when decanting powder (you lose some, you sigh, you clean up). Price is steep for two of us, and loyalty treats are a bit stingy for long-term customers. Still, overall it does what I needed: steadier energy and fewer rubbish mornings. Could be cheaper and less messy, but I’ll probably keep it.
