the pot is plastic and I rolled my eyes, but customer service actually answered my question about recycling within a few hours and were unfussy and friendly — that made a big difference. The cream itself seemed lightweight at first and I kept waiting for it to feel heavy or flaky under makeup, but after using it a few nights it settled in and my skin felt calmer. It doesn’t feel miraculous, and yes, the jar could be nicer, but the combination of decent results plus helpful, prompt replies from support turned my initial doubt into a proper thumbs up. Would I buy again? Maybe — I like that they were honest and responsive when I asked about ingredients and delivery tracking. Not perfect, not outrageously expensive, but it did the job after moving stress and a few sleepless nights.
