So I ordered this 10 pack of wipes last night, yeah? Crazy thing is, it hasn't shown up yet! I rang them, and this woman answers like it's no biggie and tells me they actually don't have it in stock. Like, seriously? So she reckons they'll source it from somewhere else and send it whenever they can. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Who knows, right? And get this, I forked out extra for quicker delivery only to find out they're just getting them shipped from different places. Rubbish. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.
Medication for elderly mother
I'm really let down by the service from this company. I ordered important medicine for my elderly mother, who is 90 years old, and instead of sending it like a normal package with all the right paperwork, they sent it by mistake as a registered letter. The package got stopped by Customs for checking, causing lots of problems and delays. Even though I tried to provide the missing declaration needed for it to be released, the package is still stuck in customs. This has caused a lot of trouble because my mother really needs the SAVLON medication to treat her bed sores urgently. I've asked for help, but the issue is still not sorted out. It's not right that my mother's health is in danger because of this mistake.
