I was so impressed by the range of health and beauty products at this store. The customer service team were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made shopping a lot easier. I loved that I could set up subscriptions too, it not only saved me money but also made it simple to change or cancel orders.
Collagen powder and beauty gummies
I've been a customer for the last 9 months and I'm really happy with the collagen powder and beauty gummies I've been getting from this company. They've made a real difference to my hair, skin, and how I feel overall. And whenever I've had any problems, the customer service has been top-notch. Recently, there was an issue with one of my orders, but the team dealt with it quickly and sorted it out without any fuss. I really appreciate how efficient and dedicated they are to making sure customers are happy.
Multivitamins
I haven't had a chance to try the multivitamins yet, but I just wanted to quickly mention the great customer service I received. So basically, I forgot to use a discount code when I bought them and when I contacted customer service about it, they were so helpful! They quickly sorted everything out and gave me a refund for the difference. You don't often find such amazing customer service, so I really wanted to say thanks for all their help.
Hair growth and strength supplement
I've been taking this supplement for my hair for more than 2 years and I can honestly say that it really does work. My hair has got thicker, stronger, and longer, and even my mates and hairdresser have noticed the change. It's now a crucial part of my everyday routine, and at less than 80p per day, it's absolutely worth the investment.
Collagen and vitamins subscription
A few months ago, I accidentally signed up for a subscription while purchasing collagen and vitamins. Recently, I was shocked to see money taken out of my account for the next set of products without any warning or choice to skip, delay or cancel. I got in touch with the customer service team and was impressed at how quickly they got back to me. The head of customer service personally contacted me within hours, listened to my concerns, said sorry, and asked how they could make things right. Despite being annoyed at first, I decided to keep the order as I trust the product's quality. I did mention to the company that they should consider sending out reminder emails before the next subscription is due to avoid any confusion in the future. I also suggested that they could think about offering pregnancy vitamins, even though it might be a bit niche, it could really help customers like myself.
Multivitamin order not received
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I never got my order, and when I asked for help, they didn't seem to care at all. The tracking link they gave me said the package was on its way, but the photo they showed as proof of delivery didn't have my parcel in it. It was really frustrating to have no idea what was going on. But, after leaving a bad review, Jonathan from their team got in touch and his response was brilliant. It's a shame it took a bad review for them to do something, but I have to say, the customer service from Jonathan was top-notch. It's rare to have such a good experience sorting out an online order problem.
Very helpful staff, new vitamins tried, excited for more, great packaging
The staff were really friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. I gave some new vitamins a go and they actually made me feel loads better. I'm excited to try out more products from this place. And, can I just say, the packaging for everything was so lovely, it seemed like they really care about the environment.

I've been taking this hair growth supplement for a few months now and I have to say, I'm really starting to see a difference in how thick and long my hair is getting. If you're wanting healthier hair, I'd definitely suggest giving this product a try. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful Cameron was. There was a little confusion with my order not showing as delivered in the system, but Cameron got in touch with me to make sure everything was sorted. It was nice to feel like a valued customer with that kind of care and attention.

After using collagen supplements for 6 weeks, I've really noticed a big change in the fine lines around my eyes and chest. I'm gonna keep on with it and hopefully see even more improvement. Also, I'm trying out some other products too, they seem like really good quality and a decent price.

I have been using feel collagen for around 6 months now and it's actually pretty good. I was keen to give rheal collagen a try as well, so I sent an email to ask if I could put my subscription on hold. The team were really friendly and gave me some details about rheal collagen too. I haven't paused my subscription yet because I might give both a go together. However, they have offered to pause it for me if I decide to. The team always respond promptly and are really helpful.

I've been taking these menopause supplements for around 9 months now and oh my goodness, they are absolutely fantastic! Hot sweats are a thing of the past! I genuinely feel like a completely different person now, no more PMS struggles, and my skin is looking seriously radiant. Today, I also tried out this complimentary eye serum and let me tell you, it's like a miracle in a little bottle! It really hydrates the skin around my eyes and gives me a fresh and awake appearance. I am definitely going to get more of this product!
Disappointing multivitamin purchase
I was drawn in by the reviews and website claims, but after using their multivitamins for almost 3 months, I haven't noticed any improvements in my energy levels. I had hoped they would help with my hormonal issues, but I am still as tired as ever. It's disappointing, but I suppose not every product works for everyone. On a positive note, the customer service team has been understanding and tried to assist me, but I may need to consult a medical professional for my concerns instead. I appreciate the simplicity and quality of the ingredients, but unfortunately, these multivitamins just weren't the right fit for my health needs. Perhaps I'll give Feel another try in the future, but for now, it's a no from me.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a lovely lady called Amy in customer service. She was so kind, patient, and understanding. I struggle to remember things due to my fibromyalgia, but Amy went above and beyond to assist me in changing my delivery date for the calcium and magnesium supplement, which really helps with my bone and joint pain. Her support and service were outstanding.

But I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiency the customer service team helped me out when I got in touch for some help. Even though I emailed them at 7.30pm, they managed to sort everything out and give me the right info by 9.30am the next morning. Their speed and commitment to fixing customer issues really made an impression on me. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

As I'm a new customer, I haven't had the chance to give feedback on the product just yet. However, I did have a problem with the delivery of my order. Even though this happened, I have to say the customer service team was really good. They were quick and friendly in sorting out the issue.
