I recently bought some multivitamins from this company and had a bit of a problem with my email address when I was ordering. But I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiency the customer service team helped me out when I got in touch for some help. I had accidentally typed in the wrong email address, so I never got the confirmation for my order or the link to activate my account. Even though I emailed them at 7.30pm, they managed to sort everything out and give me the right info by 9.30am the next morning. Their speed and commitment to fixing customer issues really made an impression on me. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

As I'm a new customer, I haven't had the chance to give feedback on the product just yet. However, I did have a problem with the delivery of my order. Even though this happened, I have to say the customer service team was really good. They were quick and friendly in sorting out the issue. They got in touch with me before I even had to contact them, which was great. It's nice to know there's a team ready to help customers with any problems that might come up.
