I've recently changed to a new vitamin supplier because they deliver the vitamins in packages that fit through the letterbox. It was really frustrating always having to go to the post office to pick up my parcels. But, I was really let down by my latest order from this supplier because the parcel was too big for the letterbox. I tried ordering separately to avoid them being combined, but it still happened. What's the use of saying it's letterbox-friendly if they can't get it right?

I was really looking forward to ordering some vitamins after receiving an email offering a 10% discount. But can you believe it? When I went to pay, the discount wasn't applied! I was quite gutted. It's a bit annoying to get an email promising a discount that doesn't actually work. It's just not fair!
Recent price increase and packaging issues
I've been a loyal customer for years, but lately I've noticed the prices going up and the packaging causing issues. The prices seem to rise every year, sometimes even faster than inflation. Plus, the seal on the bags keeps failing, which means the contents spill out every time you pick up the bag. It's really annoying to buy something and then have it wasted because of bad packaging.

I recently bought some vitamins from this company and I was really disappointed with how they didn't tell us what was actually in the product. I spent ages looking for vitamins that didn't have any 'Anti caking agents' or 'Bulking agents' as fillers, but then when I got them, I found out that the ingredients on their website were wrong. The vitamins actually did have these fillers, even though they didn't mention it online. It's not right to mislead customers like that. I got in touch with the company to complain, but they didn't take me seriously and didn't sort it out. I ended up having to throw the vitamins away because I couldn't use them. Overall, I was really let down by this whole situation and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.
Quick delivery and convenient packaging
I recently made my first purchase and I have to say, I was really pleased with how it all turned out. I went for the free delivery option with an estimated arrival time of 3-5 days, but I was so surprised when it actually came the very next day! The packaging was really convenient too, as it slotted right through my letterbox, so no need to wait around for it. The compact size is also handy for taking with me when I'm working away or going on holiday. I've already decided to buy all my supplements from here in the future because the prices are good and the service is top-notch.
Stomach-ache inducing eye vitamins
These eye vitamins really let me down. I tried them again, but they made me feel really sick in the stomach both times. I had to stop taking them completely. I can't even say if they actually work because I couldn't keep them down for long enough to see. It's a shame as I've never had any problems like this with other products I usually get from supplement shops.
Incorrect order, poor customer service
I got the wrong order on the 16th of January. I tried contacting the company several times to get a return envelope but didn't receive one until the third try. I had issues with the postage when trying to return the item. The quality of the product was okay, but the customer service was really bad and unhelpful.
