ordering's easy and deliveries usually turn up quickly, which I like. We take about six to eight items between us; occasionally packaging's a bit scruffy, but all good.

Nearly put me off, but worth it

Too big to swallow, but decent support
I remember putting the tub on the kitchen table and thinking those pictures looked smaller — that was before I opened the blisters. I’d bought a few things from Just Vitamins before, so I tried the Multivitamins A–Zinc 50+, Glucosamine with Chondroitin and Turmeric with BioPerine. I did worry about the pill size and that worry was justified. The tablets are chunky, over 2cm and oddly shaped, and I can't swallow them comfortably. Breaking them in half didn't help because of the curve, and the turmeric ones are much the same. I'm in my 70s, swallowing isn't what it used to be, so it would make sense to offer smaller pills or two-dose options. On the plus side their customer service replied properly and is trying to help, which I genuinely appreciate. It's a shame I spent about £70 on things I can't use, but it's comforting that the company seems trustworthy and wants to sort it out.

check your subscribes regularly and keep an eye on your pending charges. And if you call them, note the name of the person you spoke to. Could have been handled smoother, but once they confirmed the refund I did feel reassured — even if it took longer than it should.
High strength Vitamin D 1000IU
