I spotted them through an Instagram ad and had a slight doubt, honestly. Ordered anyway, then delivery kept moving. After more than a month it was cancelled. Support replies felt vague, which was pretty frustrating.
A small surprise
tidy packaging, helpful tracking updates, and a surprise sample tucked inside. Been using it daily since.
Unboxing bemusement
Was halfway through the unboxing when I realised something odd about the label. Delivery itself was quick — the courier was friendly and left it safely — which was a nice surprise. But customer service? Bit of a mess. They phoned a few times, answers were vague, and when I tried to check the barcode there was no product info. I spoke to their support who admitted gaps, and I felt cheated. I'd warn others to double-check and ask for photos before buying.
