I needed this for a last-minute move, my back's been dodgy so I was nervous. The sale looked dodgy at first — I thought there was a sneaky subscription buried in the small print — but delivery turned up on time and the team actually rang me to sort the paperwork. Customer service sorted the subscription bit quicker than I expected and refunded the extra, which was a nice surprise.
Wary at first, relieved now
Honestly, I nearly didn't buy it — felt like a gamble. Used it straight away when it arrived and, of course, it died on day one. I sent their video proof, they asked for a barcode and a return fee which annoyed me, but after a brief back-and-forth they refunded me and I can breathe again.
Delivery limbo and quiet support
I ordered this little bit of kit because I wanted to speed up my morning routine — it's supposed to slot into my daily coffee ritual. Payment left my account straight away, but no proper order confirmation arrived. That was about three weeks ago. For the first fortnight I was chasing them, politely at first, then less so. All I got back was my order number again and again, and a couple of messages promising someone would call within 48 hours. Two of those promises, no call. Two days ago they finally said they'd 'check into it' and get back, so maybe there's hope, maybe not. Meanwhile I'm left juggling mornings without the thing I bought, which is annoying in a small, domestic way. Customer service felt like shouting into a corridor — distant and slow. I'm a bit disappointed; it's not terrible yet, but unless they sort it quickly I'll be asking for a refund.
Late-night lifesaver
I followed the instructions, turned it up and still had proper cramps, nothing much changed. I messaged their support on Facebook and that was actually the turning point. They walked me through positioning, spotted that my little gel pads weren’t seated correctly and then offered to replace them. They sent new pads free of charge (I suspect because I’m on the subscription, which is a small monthly fee and worth it for me). With the replacement pads it made a noticeable difference — level three calmed the pain enough that I even dozed off watching TV, which felt like a win. Slightly annoying that I had to contact support, but they were prompt and helpful, unlike some other companies I’ve dealt with. Overall, relieved and glad it worked out.
