In short, I'm annoyed but not furious — they do the job, though. I ordered these for my post-physio protein shakes after a shoulder tweak, and only now noticed the best-before was June 2023. About fifty bottles, ordered in April/May, now past date. Can you explain your shelf-life policy?
Good delivery, decent product
Needed something after a bad experience with chalky shakes and because my back’s been playing up — wanted gentle, nutritious stuff. Delivery arrived on time, customer support sorted a query quickly, so that was reassuring. Taste is much nicer than I expected, though one batch felt a bit sweeter. Not flawless, but it's doing the job and I have more energy.
