In around three months my hbA1c dropped from the high eights to just under six (I went from 8.6 to about 5.9), and it’s stayed around there. I still use insulin but nowadays it’s less than a third of what I used for years, which feels... relieving, genuinely. My GP even felt confident enough to try stopping my Metformin because it was causing awkward side-effects, so that was a nice, unexpected bonus. It’s not magic, you do have to stick with it, but the programme feels practical and humane. Would recommend if you want results without extreme diets or feeling constantly deprived.
