kit didn't show and I asked to cancel, and at first they charged a cancellation fee which annoyed me. To be fair, after a couple of persistent calls they reviewed it, apologised and processed a refund, and a nurse rang to check I was OK. The exact moment I knew I was satisfied was when the refund landed and someone actually followed up — that made me feel looked after. Still, delivery was messy, but overall I was grateful it was sorted out.
Not what I expected, would be careful
I would not recommend them based on my experience. I started a home ketamine programme late last year hoping for a safe, well-managed route to treatment — initial sign-up seemed straightforward, the website and onboarding felt professional, so I went ahead. That first good impression didn’t last long. Within weeks things began to unravel.
