Halfway through the first week I noticed I wasn't so sluggish in the afternoons — not a dramatic change, just less fog. The vial felt sturdy, the little syringe was easy to use and the prick itself was barely noticeable. Instructions were clear and self‑injecting was straightforward; tidy, quick, nothing fancy. I kept a few notes for myself (because I like to compare things) and that made the small improvement obvious. I didn't get any other benefits, mind, so don't expect anything life‑changing.
Small pen, big difference
give it a fortnight and be consistent; don't expect miracles overnight. Overall, pleasantly surprised. Still cautious, but definitely keeping it in the routine. Oh, and it charges up easily so you won't be left hunting for batteries.
Saw it at a mate's
On a damp Wednesday I first saw the NAD pen at a mate's flat. He'd recommended it, said it sorted his tiredness. I ordered after that. The checkout was straightforward, though I did make two accounts by mistake (silly me). Delivery arrived sooner than I expected and in good packaging. Customer service sorted my duplicate order quickly. They fixed my subscription over the phone and even sent extra needles when I asked. Email replies were prompt too. After two weeks I notice more energy and my skin looks a bit better. I'm cautious but pleased. Not perfect, but it works and service counted.
Half pleased, mostly wary
one, they were consistent in their stance; and two, I had done what I needed to do. I had asked. I had followed up. I had given them the chance. That clarity was oddly satisfying. It wasn’t the warm, trusting satisfaction you get when everything checks out. It was more the kind you get when you finish shopping around and can make a confident call — in my case, not to buy again without a proper, lab-issued COA. There are positives. Communication stayed civil. Packaging and delivery were fine when I ordered previously (timely, intact). But the document they provided doesn’t meet the sort of COA I’d expect for an injectable. In-house language, qualitative descriptors, no traceable lab accreditation — all gaps that matter. It’s not that they were hostile; they weren’t. They were evasive in a quiet way, and that’s worse sometimes. So, my takeaway is practical. If you’re considering injectables, ask for a full lab report — lab name, methods like HPLC or endotoxin testing, numeric results, batch linkage and a verifiable signature. If they can’t or won’t provide that, don’t assume it’s industry norm; assume it’s insufficient. Small note: I wouldn’t rule them out forever. But for now, and given the price, I’m not comfortable repurchasing without better transparency. At least I’m at peace with that decision. No drama, just cautious and a bit disappointed.
Fiddly start but still hopeful
I wasn’t expecting to be turning a syringe into an origami problem, but that’s been my short experience with the NAD+ pen. Delivery was a bit messy at first (not the company itself, delivery partner), and Holly Q in customer service was actually great — polite, quick and tried to sort it. The pen though, the first cartridge arrives with an air bubble that won’t budge even after priming several times, so I’ve learned to angle it every time I inject to keep the bubble away from the needle. It’s annoying and a bit nerve-wracking, and yes I’ve raised it and they said a replacement pen would be sent, but I’m still waiting. Also the cartridges are meant to give ten doses; by the eighth dose this morning there clearly weren’t two proper doses left — maybe one if you’re generous and ignore the bubble. As for how I feel on it, too soon to tell properly, I’ll give it a month more. If the pen keeps being awkward and there’s no obvious change in me, I’ll cancel. On the plus side their customer service was better than another similar firm I tried before, which was a relief. Mildly frustrated but not ready to give up yet.
