Needed this service after a bad move last year — my back’s rubbish, so I wanted something reliable. They turned up on time, handled the awkward bits without fuss, and the kit feels solid in use. Not perfect, a bit slow on replies, but I’d use them.
Doubted it, pleasantly surprised
she listened, offered options and, given my husband's mobility issues, accepted a full refund without asking us to send the device back. I can't get out much, so that was important. Small delays in replies, but in the end I was relieved.
Not ideal, but fixed
I was at the bedside, struggling with the knob, when I knew it was finally sorted. The original unit had a dodgy pressure dial and barely any suction unless you held the knob tight. Contacting them was awkward, but after a couple of calls they sent a replacement and it arrived sooner than I expected. The new one works straight away — steady suction without having to jam the dial. Could've been less faff, but I'm pleased it got fixed.
A bit of a faff, but the brace does the job
nearly three weeks later it turned up with the box bashed and a crucial clip missing. Weirdly, the brace itself is comfy and does what it should at night. So decent product, awful delivery and returns hassle. Not ideal, but it works.
Wrong size, decent kit
fix the sizing info and cover returns, otherwise you’ll end up with a pricey bit of kit you can’t use.
Not what I expected, but it grew on me
flimsy packaging, odd smell, and a loose bit that made me sigh. I started using it anyway, partly out of stubbornness. For the first day I was sceptical, muttering to myself that I'd been conned. Then, weirdly, it settled in and did exactly what I needed — no drama, just worked. The moment I knew I was actually happy was when it lasted a full day under proper use without failing. I’ll admit, not the smoothest start and customer support took its time, but in the end the product did the job. So—mixed feelings, but pleasantly surprised. Would’ve liked clearer sourcing and better packaging though.
