I was a bit sceptical before buying — cheap hearing aids often feel like a gamble — but after roughly 18 months I’m pleasantly surprised. I mainly use them in busy restaurants and at pubs; first time I put them in it felt strange, then the background noise dropped and I could actually follow the chat. Not flawless (batteries run down quicker than I’d like, occasional hiss), but they do what I bought them for and at a fair price. Would recommend, cautiously.
