Woke up to another mysterious charge on my card — not a great way to start the week. I did order a couple of their serums and use one every morning as part of my routine, they're okay. Delivery was quick and packaging was fine, but customer service has been useless about recurring £9.99 charges since July 2022. They say I have no account so can't refund. It's really frustrating; I like the actual product but this billing mess spoiled it.
Actually impressed
Totally worth it — I’ll be buying again. I needed something gentle for flaky, reactive skin after a bad run with other brands, and these bits actually helped, really calming things down. Packaging was neat, ordering was straightforward, and when one item was wrong they sorted it out straight away — a tiny hiccup but no drama. Price feels fair for the quality, so happy overall and will reorder.
Bit of a faff, but it turned up
Sat at my kitchen table I almost didn't press buy — loads of shaky comments and I'd been stung by a chancer seller before, so I was properly wary. In the end I ordered. Two weeks on I was pestering them; emails ignored and Royal Mail kept saying the seller had marked it sent, yet no tracking showed. I warned my bank I'd start a chargeback after the 14‑day point and, after more hassle than it deserves, the parcel finally arrived. It's a bit scuffed and ridiculously late, not brilliant, but the thing actually works. I've had better from other shops who at least answer emails, so mixed feelings.
Doubtful but tidy
the powder dissolved quite cleanly, which was a pleasant surprise, but the label didn't give me the confidence I wanted. I paid £88 and tried to get a local chemist to check it, but they said it would need full lab analysis. So now I'm left deciding whether to return it. Customer service was slow and details were sparse, so I hesitate to reorder.
Not what I expected, but it did arrive
I opened the parcel on a drizzly morning. I bought the GHK copper peptide because my skin’s been red and patchy after some bad breakouts and I wanted something gentle that might help scarring. The delivery was actually quick and the box was fine, so thumbs up there. The copper serum looked unusually blue and it stung, left redness. The niacinamide felt a bit soapy and left a pale film on my face. I tried to post this on their site but my review never showed up, which felt odd. Customer service did reply eventually, and that was appreciated.
