With a month-long trip coming up, I needed to replace my usual skincare bits before leaving, as my skin tends to flare up when I travel. I was a bit unsure about ordering after a poor experience with another online pharmacy, but chose next-day delivery and hoped for the best. It didn’t arrive the next day, which was frustrating, and the parcel that did turn up had the wrong products in it. Not ideal when you’re packing. Still, the support team were genuinely helpful. I had to ring more than once, so it wasn’t completely smooth, but they kept me updated and got the correct order to me in time for my flight. The delivery side clearly needs tightening up, but the way they dealt with the problem made a big difference.
Finally found something that suits my skin
My skin had been playing up for ages, and after buying the wrong things before I was honestly a bit unsure. The team talked me through a few options without pushing one product, which I appreciated. I went with their suggestion and, so far, it’s actually working nicely. Feeling cautiously pleased.
