I was sceptical at first, relieved it arrived — website looked off and I expected trouble, parcel did turn up after a wait. The item feels solid, a bit cheap in finish; communication was poor, so be ready to chase.
Odd but refunded quickly
Bit of a weird one — item wasn't in stock but I did get a refund within days. Annoying to wait, but credit where it's due, the money came back quick. Would check stock before ordering, but glad it wasn't a total rip‑off.
Packing pain, dodgy seller
I was half packing boxes and thought, ‘right, new cushions will save my back’ — big mistake. Ordered, PayPal refunded twice, and the seller ghosted me. It’s odd because the payment system covered me, so I’m relieved, but it wasted time and I had to re-order elsewhere. No replies to messages.
