I ended up keeping the pillow and it’s become part of my daily routine. I was dead sceptical at first — the small print and return chatter had me braced for a faff — but after a week of using it on the sofa, for desk naps and on the train, my neck actually loosened up. It’s not magic, but it sits right for me and I find myself reaching for it. The ordering was simple, delivery was on time, and yes, the returns wording could be clearer (made me roll my eyes), but in practice the product did what I needed. So a bit annoyed at the process, pleasantly surprised by the result. I’m passing it on to friends and keeping the extra for spontaneous catnaps.
Not the miracle pillow, but not a complete nightmare
pillow didn’t fix my neck, policy was annoying, but the human on the other end made it bearable. Worth a try, but don’t expect miracles.
Flat and frustrating
it went flat fast and didn't give any real support. The cover felt thin as well. I only opened one of the two pillows. Tried to start a return within the 30‑day guarantee. Trouble was, they acted like the guarantee only counts if you don't open anything, or if you return the whole order. That makes no sense — how do you know if it works if you can't try it? They ignored my first message for days, so I resent it, and by the time they replied I was technically outside the window. Calling was pointless; the numbers say not in service and the support email bounced with an automated non‑delivery. I paid a fair chunk and feel pretty let down. If the pillow had actually done the job I wouldn't be moaning, but as it stands I'm disappointed and a bit annoyed.
Pleasantly surprised, despite my doubts
I'm actually glad I gave this pillow a go. I was really sceptical at first — the photos and the price made me think it would be another bit of overhyped kit — but after a week of sleeping on it I noticed my neck was less stiff and I wasn't tossing about as much. I use it every night and sometimes for a quick afternoon nap when I'm working from home; it suits my side-and-back mix pretty well.
I should say straightaway that the first impression isn't perfect. The packaging felt a bit basic and I had to wrestle with the heft of the thing when I opened it, so if you live on the top floor and you're hauling parcels up stairs, expect a bit of a groan. I also had a few exchanges with customer support that were a little robotic — felt like pre-written answers at times — which made me worry about returns before I'd even decided.
That said, the pillow itself does what I bought it for: better neck alignment, fewer early-morning aches, and generally more solid sleep. It’s not miraculously soft or cloud-like, but it's supportive in the right places and has become part of my nightly routine. For day-to-day use — reading in bed, dozing after lunch, sleeping through the night — it's done the trick.
If you're picky about polish and slick customer service, expect some small annoyances: return postage can be costly and the terms are a bit lightweight on detail. But for me the product performance outweighed those niggles. I did a bit of digging on other reviews before returning it and that helped set expectations. In the end I'm happy I kept it, and I'd recommend trying one if you want firmer support without spending a fortune. It's a solid buy, with a few rough edges.
