Really pleased — worth it. Brett guided me through everything, quick replies and knew his stuff, which made a messy process simple. Not flawless (a slight wait and a bit pricey), but better than places I’ve tried before; I got my smile back.
Kit-arrival was fine, middle part was messy
the impressions reached the lab and I started chasing status updates. For roughly two weeks I got vague replies and delays; at one point they said my impressions weren’t usable and that replacement materials had been sent. Four days later I found out nothing had been posted. So yes, I left a curt review at that stage — felt like I was being brushed off. After that they did step up: customer service contacted me properly, reassessed the impressions and confirmed they were workable, and I had the 3D model back within 24 hours. Delivery of the final files was quick once they decided to act. Still a bit sore about the middle part, but the end result and the effort to put it right have moved me from annoyed to cautiously satisfied. I’ll keep an eye on how the rest of the process goes and update if needed.
Helpful but I hesitated
I hesitated about doing my own impression, and honestly I messed the first attempt, but the team sorted it. They arranged a Zoom with Dr Arooj who calmly talked me through the upper mould — really helpful. Using the aligners at home now, daily routine feels fine, so I'm pleased.
Worth a try, honestly
I ordered in January after my old aligners broke and my teeth sneaked back; delivery turned up a couple of days later with slightly squashed packaging. Using them at home was simple, and the online support was brill — a very responsive advisor who actually explained stuff. First week one tray felt tight, not perfect, but it’s doing the job and it’s a fraction of the price, so I'm happy.
Arrived on time, results did not
The parcels turned up when they said they would. That part worked. What didn't work was the treatment. I went through four separate rounds, with refinements each time. I followed the instructions. I wore them as told and sent photos whenever asked. Still, the trays were often loose. They felt ineffective. My gaps never closed and, on the last set, my teeth even looked more spaced. There was a lot of back-and-forth over pictures and projected outcomes. Lots of promises in the projections. Little real change in my mouth. Customer contact was persistent but not helpful. I was told their policy meant no refund after all that. Later I got a partial rebate for a second payment, but not the full sum. Someone called Brett Arndt also kept asking me to remove or alter the review after I posted it. That felt off. Overall it was tiring and expensive. Delivery itself was fine, packaging okay, but the service around the treatment and the resolution was poor. If you try them, check refund terms first and be ready to chase things. It might work for some, but my experience was disappointing.
Quietly pleased
I was a bit sceptical before ordering. The site looked straight forward and the kit arrived as promised, so that helped. The treatment itself is fairly organised. I put in the night-time uppers and lowers and noticed a change after the first tray, which was a surprise. My teeth weren't badly crooked, just shifted with time and the lowers needed work. The whitening tray seems to do its job and the gel feels protective. Happy enough — would tell others to stick with it.
