The parcels turned up when they said they would. That part worked. What didn't work was the treatment. I went through four separate rounds, with refinements each time. I followed the instructions. I wore them as told and sent photos whenever asked. Still, the trays were often loose. They felt ineffective. My gaps never closed and, on the last set, my teeth even looked more spaced. There was a lot of back-and-forth over pictures and projected outcomes. Lots of promises in the projections. Little real change in my mouth. Customer contact was persistent but not helpful. I was told their policy meant no refund after all that. Later I got a partial rebate for a second payment, but not the full sum. Someone called Brett Arndt also kept asking me to remove or alter the review after I posted it. That felt off. Overall it was tiring and expensive. Delivery itself was fine, packaging okay, but the service around the treatment and the resolution was poor. If you try them, check refund terms first and be ready to chase things. It might work for some, but my experience was disappointing.
Quietly pleased
I was a bit sceptical before ordering. The site looked straight forward and the kit arrived as promised, so that helped. The treatment itself is fairly organised. I put in the night-time uppers and lowers and noticed a change after the first tray, which was a surprise. My teeth weren't badly crooked, just shifted with time and the lowers needed work. The whitening tray seems to do its job and the gel feels protective. Happy enough — would tell others to stick with it.
