I was sceptical at first — with all the horror stories about long waits and useless call centres I nearly didn't bother. I needed a nearby blood draw for routine tests (I work as an RN and my back's been playing up), and was worried about cost and faff. Three different reps actually took time to answer everything, helped set up my account and found the nearest lab. They were calm and helpful, really — I felt relieved and glad I went ahead.
Discount red flags
log in, oh it’s not valid on certain tests, that sort of thing. When I pushed them for where those exclusions are listed they sent two links that both just looped back to the homepage. So my doubts haven't been cleared up; if anything I'm more wary. Product itself was OK, but the whole discount/data thing left a bad taste.
Not what I expected
Honestly, it's been more useful than I expected. I wanted a straightforward way to track my health markers, so I started using it late last year. At first I was sceptical — seemed odd ordering tests without my GP — but the ordering was quick and simple. My first impression was clinical and efficient. Results arrived when they said they would. Prices are fair. I don't bother with insurance because of my high deductible. I was wary, now I'm reasonably pleased.
Came through as promised

Prices were noticeably lower than booking via labs, and the bundled tests saved time and cash. Ordering was straightforward, a bit repetitive on forms but quick, and delivery of results went smoothly. Glad it lived up to the basic promises, really.
