Woke up the first morning thinking "right, this is going back" — then noticed my jaw was quieter and I’d actually slept better. I hadn’t meant to try it, I’d asked to cancel, but when it turned up I thought, why not. It feels firm without being harsh, sits where it should and I can wear it through the night without coughing or fussing — well, only a little adjusting the first couple of nights. I’m using it on work-from-home mornings and for the odd nap, and it’s low-profile enough that I barely notice it during the day. Service and delivery were a bit messy, sure, but the product itself does the job, so I’m keeping it for now.
Delivered sooner, bit of a mystery
Opened it over a cuppa and thought, well, that was quick — delivery turned up earlier than I expected and their customer service were proper helpful when I had a question. I needed something because my other guard was rubbish and my partner kept nudging me for snore relief (and my jaw’s a bit overbitesy). First nights were odd — felt awkward, my bite was off for ten minutes then fine, and the snore app gave me wildly different scores (tiny one night, massive the next). It’s getting comfier after a couple of tries but the results are inconsistent. I’m going to stick with it another week and see if it evens out. Glad they shipped fast though.
Advanced ZQuiet worth the upgrade
no snoring, no teeth ache, actually felt rested. The price is higher, sure, but for me it fixed that last annoying problem. Advice: try the adjustments first — they matter. Glad I upgraded.

try a model that’s actually adjustable or wait till they sort a proper returns policy. Don’t rush.
Quick replies, rubbish returns
quick email replies and a proper, clear how-to booklet that explains use and care. That did calm me down and made me think I'd made the right call. But after a few nights I started getting proper tooth pain, nothing like the small discomfort they mention in the leaflet. I couldn't sleep with it and had to bin the thing after spending over $40. What really annoyed me was finding out that returns only work through their main website, not through the other places they sell. So I'm out of pocket and a bit miffed. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, mind, but this one stung. So yes, grateful for the helpful staff and the clear instructions, but annoyed at the sales/returns setup — if you buy, buy from the brand's own site.
