I stuck the two 200W panels up, then doubled the battery bank so I moved to two 400W — a bit of a faff but worth it. Even at -6°C they still put out decent watts, they feel rock-solid on the roof, which feels reassuring, and the bifacial side actually grabs reflected light. In day-to-day use I’m getting noticeably more power than the cheaper panels I tried before — honestly.

customer service actually found a way to sort a credit and exchange even though I thought it was impossible. Took a bit of back-and-forth, but they were helpful and calm. Would buy again, slightly relieved.

I did buy the wrong mounting brackets first time and had to swap them, lesson learned. Overall I'm properly pleased it worked out — feels good it wasn't a waste and the kit does the job.
