Needed a tough duffel for a house move because my back's been dodgy. Delivery arrived on time, which was a relief, and customer service answered a tracking query quickly. Bag feels robust, holds loads, a bit bulky but that suits me. Had a poor one before, so wanted proper quality this time and good value.
Mostly great, small snag
Overall I'm happy with the purchase but can't give it five stars. Site was straightforward, sale price fair. Chromebook 3189 arrived fast and well boxed with charger and adapter. However the lid had old sticker residue and hadn't been wiped, a bit sloppy. I'd buy again, though they'd get extra points if cleaned first.
Started well, ended badly
avoid. I bought an iPad Air 2 from them after spotting an online listing and a colleague recommended the seller, wanting a simple wall-intercom for our second home in New York. It sat in the wall and barely got touched, yet under a year the outer layer started peeling off — odd for something that saw no knocks. I rang them expecting at least a chat about repair; they pointed at a 30-day return policy and that was that. Felt like they sell stuff that goes dodgy after the return window and then don’t take responsibility. I was hopeful at first and even told a friend, but won’t recommend them again.
