Happy with my order
I bought something from this online shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really satisfied with the service they provided. Ordering was simple and quick, they had loads of different products to pick from on their website, and the prices were fair. Plus, my delivery arrived on time, which was great. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and I'll definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.
Guinea pig sticks
I was really chuffed to come across those guinea pig sticks that my pets go mad for at a much better price than what I've seen in shops nearby. Ordering them was dead easy, found what I wanted and checked out without any bother. It was proper handy being able to keep an eye on my delivery and get updates about where it was at. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but eventually, Royal Mail came through and dropped off my package. All in all, I was well pleased with shopping at Coolshop.
Laptops, headphones, and game console games
Shipping took forever, and when my stuff eventually showed up, it was all smashed because the packaging was total rubbish. Tried to complain to customer service but got completely ignored. Definitely won't be shopping here again!
Electronics purchase, slow delivery, foreign plug issue
I was really let down by my recent experience with Coolshop. I bought some electronics and was told they would arrive in 3-6 days but took 10 days. To top it off, there was no mention on the website that the items weren't in the UK. They actually came from overseas. When my package arrived, I found out the item had a foreign plug, so I couldn't use it until I got a UK plug. I'm really disappointed with Coolshop and would suggest others avoid them.

Quick delivery, mixed feelings
I recently bought something from Coolshop and while I was happy with most of the experience, there was one big problem that left me a bit disappointed. The process of ordering was easy and smooth, and I thought the prices were fair. But my happiness soon turned into frustration when I realised that the delivery took longer than I had hoped. It took 5 days in total for my order to arrive, which was much longer than I expected. I know that shipping times can vary, but waiting 3 days for the item to even be sent out seemed a bit much. The courier also took an extra 2 days to deliver the package which just added to the delay. Overall, although I liked the product and the service, the slow delivery was a big let down for me.
