the bundled keyboard wasn't in stock but they emailed straight away saying it was on its way; the rest arrived next day and the keyboard came about a week later from Taiwan. I tipped my sister.
Dodgy billing after a simple download
clean site, nice files, but then a sneaky £29.90 subscription appeared on our statement. Felt deceptive and pretty annoying (you expect to pay if you opt in, not be signed up). We rang them, no answer. Off to the bank tomorrow to dispute it. Be careful.
Surprised and sold
Honestly, I'd buy from them again — that's my bottom line. I was a bit wary at first (saw their posts on Instagram and thought, here we go), but after a tiny fault with the camera cover they were quick to sort it. Contacted them, they replied straightaway and sent a replacement within two days, which took me by surprise. My wife later managed to snap the new bit — clumsy, I know — and I braced for a bill. Instead they replaced it free, no questions. I told a mate about it and he’s ordering now. Small shop, proper customer care, surprised but pleased, and I'd recommend giving them a go.
Steady help at the last minute
the team didn't just answer; they chased the order, pushed for quicker dispatch and then checked in again when tracking looked odd. The parcel appeared to be recirculating in transit and, again, they took action without me having to prod them. In the end the mounts arrived two days before I flew. The mounts themselves are solid, no frills, do exactly what they should. If I had to pick one thing to praise, it's the customer care — not flashy, just steady and effective. Oddly, they also included a brief status note with a photo of the package once it left the warehouse, which was a small surprise and actually reassuring. Overall a plain, reliable experience.
