delays on live view, history not scrolling properly, and odd gaps where people walked straight past and nothing was recorded. I emailed customer service with the lot, followed their troubleshooting steps, sent serial numbers when they asked and then… silence. I chased a couple of times and eventually got a reply — slow, yes, but they did help sort one camera remotely and gave decent steps to get the others back online. Delivery itself was hassle-free and quicker than I expected, which was a relief during the move. So I'm still a bit sceptical — not thrilled with the reliability — but a touch impressed that after nagging they made a real effort to fix things. If you need something cheap and decent for routine checks, it’ll do, especially if you can live with occasional glitches and are prepared to chase support a bit.
