I assumed it would be similar to other places that do 0% deals, but when I checked the finance account later there was a proper interest charge. That was a surprise and honestly made me grumpy for a few days. I called customer service and they were reasonable, explained the options and offered an alternative plan which calmed me down — not perfect, but helpful. Delivery itself was quick and well packed, so that part I’m happy with. Just watch the small print before you click pay.
Oddly comforting help
