solid place to buy vaping gifts — good value, reliable and hassle-free. I needed a few presents for friends (it's Christmas season) and wanted somewhere that wouldn't cost a fortune or faff about with shipping. NewVaping ticked those boxes: decent discounts, a wide choice of e-liquids and starter kits, so I could mix a few different things without blowing the budget. Ordering was straightforward, the site's updates were clear, and stuff arrived when they said it would. No dramas so far, just what I needed. I've already told a couple of mates and family about them.
Bargain that actually works
worth the money and I’ll shop there again. I was hunting for Dinner Lady because I like the old-school packaging and stumbled on NewVaping’s site — grabbed ten bottles for £20 thanks to that 5-for-£10 thing they do. Needed them for Christmas stocking fillers (and because my last supplier’s liquids tasted flat), so it was a bit of a panic-buy, but turned out well. My favourites from the lot were Strawberry Macaron, Bubble Gum and Strawberry Ice. Not haute cuisine, but tasty, cheap and handy — I’ll get a few more.
Great gear, rubbish support
if your order’s complete you’ll be happy, but if not, don’t bank on support. Tip: take photos at delivery and check your card protection. I’d warn mates to think twice before relying on them for anything important.
Stumbled upon this one
I was a bit wary at first — online vape shops can be hit or miss and I’d seen plenty that only stock a couple of bits. A mate mentioned this site during lockdown and I gave it a go. Bought coils, liquids and a mod over a few orders to test them out. The range is actually decent, not endless but enough, and the videos on the site made choosing easier, which I appreciated. Delivery has been pretty punctual, arriving within the expected window most times. Customer service answered my daft questions quickly, so my doubts have mostly faded. Not perfect, but solid and reliable enough for me.
Parcel felt wrong, support went quiet
items missing. This wasn’t the first time either, they’d previously sent a small voucher and once let me know the missing bits were coming from another site (which eventually arrived). This time though, emails were met with silence. I messaged repeatedly, waited, gave them extra time, nothing. No phone number to call, which is annoying when you want a quick answer. In the end I lodged a chargeback with my bank — not ideal, but that sorted the money side because I’d filmed everything. So yeah, initially very sceptical and pretty frustrated, but the bank helped me avoid losing out. Still, their customer service and delivery checks need proper attention; don’t expect proactive updates. If you’ve had better experiences elsewhere, you’ll notice the difference straight away.
Nearly didn't buy, glad I did
the bubble glass is included for that model (phew), and the pics were a bit confusing — not ideal, but honest once explained. The order arrived quicker than I expected and everything fitted as they said. Would I buy again? Yes — still a bit grumpy about the unclear description, but pleased with how it worked out. My tip: ask first if you care about tank size, and give the chat a little time; they do reply and sort things out.
