    Phillip Morris & Son is my first & last stop for houshold items

    Every month, I and my husband Brian visit Phillip Morris & Sons and it has been more than 5 years now, buying bathroom and kitchen accessories from there. We need soap holders, dryers, fancy bathroom stuff, kitchen appliances, household items, daily accessories, cookware, most of the things required - We straightly come here. We often buy online from there website. However, we are lucky enough to live in Hereford, a few kms away from their store. Delivery is great, prices are worth and they have nearly everything regarding home.

    Blundstone Boots

    Horrendous customer service from Louise on email. Sizing on the website for Blundstone boots is confusing and the incorrect EU conversion is listed to the size you receive. Complete refusal to refund the £7 postage it cost to return. Won’t be shopping here again!

    Barbour wellingtons

    Easy to order, prompt delivery and good price. However after just 3 months (summer) use boots leaked. Contacted customer services who answered promptly telling me that I could return boots to them for inspection - could take 4 weeks! So i have had to resort to wearing plastic boots in leaky boots until i can get another pair of wellues. Needless to say i will not purchase from this firm again and will never buy Barbour again. Boots not fit for purpose.

    Philip Morris do have an efficient returns service and the turn around can take a week to process on average. All items have a 1 year warranty and Philip Morris do have their own testing proceedures but unfortunately if warranty credits or refunds are required from Barbour then unfortunately Barbour can take 4 weeks in the current COVID situation. Often Barbour will be quicker than this, but it would be unfair to say less than 4 weeks when inspection time is unknown as it also depends on the fault. Fault rates are very low with Barbour products but like all brands faults can happen from time to time. We're very sorry your boots have a fault and you're welcome to return them at a time that best suits you within the 1 year warranty.

    This is not entirely right, the Gel may be slightly cheaper but the delivery is £5 from Lotus Grill so Philip Morris still offer the best deal and value for money.
