great-looking watch, but it's unreliable for everyday use. I bought it because I wanted something smart for work — to see calls and messages without digging my phone out — and for weekend swims, plus I'd had a rubbish experience with a previous cheap tracker so hoped this would be better. In practice I've spent hours fiddling: recalibrating the time, rebooting after black screens, trying to synchronise with the app that keeps dropping data. Notifications barely turn up, music control is hit-and-miss and sometimes the app simply forgets settings. The manual doesn't explain what permissions the app needs, so you end up guessing. Also the 5ATM claim failed after a bath. Looks slick, but I'm not convinced.
Worth the wait
I didn’t expect much after a shaky start — sleep tracking failed, then steps stopped — but the moment it synced properly again I felt relieved. Customer support actually replied, fixed a firmware glitch, and now it's reliable, well, mostly. I'd suggest keeping patience and updating the firmware first and check the app settings.
Delivery let-down
Used this in my daily commute for a month — arrived late and poorly packed. Support barely helpful, replies felt automated, had to chase them. Product underdelivers for the price; disappointed, sadly, really, I expected more from the brand now.
