Tudor GMT watch
My trip to the store was amazing. I was let down at another store and at Heathrow, but the staff at the Battersea boutique really went the extra mile to help me find the watch I was after in East London. Sinead at the Stratford store was so friendly and helpful, even taking the watch off the display for me. Despite the hassle of getting there, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made it all worthwhile. The watch is brilliant and I'm absolutely thrilled with my buy. A big thank you to Sinead and the team at the Stratford store for their exceptional service.
Online watch purchase
I bought a watch online from the jewellers and I must say, it was a really good experience. I had a great time at the jewellers in Watford recently. I went in twice to check out and buy a new watch, and both times I was helped by a lady called Zainab. She was really helpful, answering all my questions and helping me with my purchase. Zainab was so knowledgeable and professional, it made my time in the store really enjoyable. I recently purchased a stunning earrings and necklace set from the Kingston store and had a wonderful time there. I popped into the shop the other day to buy a Tag Heuer watch in memory of my dad, who left me some money. I was really impressed with the amazing condition of the second-hand luxury watch I bought. The price was so good, and having a warranty made me feel really secure. Amazing service.
I made an appointment to take my husband collect his birthday present, explaining that it was a ‘special’ one.
We were greeted upon arrival, there was a huge birthday balloon, we were given drinks. The staff were extremely attentive and the watch lived up to expectation.
The efforts of the staff at Bluewater made this a very special experience
