I bought a watch from this store recently and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went. The pricing was good and I got a nice deal. Although I did face some delivery problems because of the courier they used, which was annoying. Luckily, the customer service person at the store was really helpful and gave me a few choices on how to fix the issue if it carried on. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, the problems got sorted and I got my watch in good shape. I'm happy with my purchase and I'd definitely think about coming back here in the future.
IWC Top Gun Mojave Desert
Wow, Jura Watches is absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased the IWC Top Gun Mojave Desert watch and it's really cool. Josh (Parfait) was a big help, he's honestly the best. He always ensures that I get exactly what I'm looking for and keeps me informed every step of the way. The communication from Jura Watches and Josh is excellent, even though I can't visit them in person. If anyone is hesitant about buying a watch online, I wholeheartedly suggest Jura Watches. I'll certainly be making another purchase from them in the near future!
Sinn U2 watch upgrade
I recently purchased an upgrade for a Sinn U2 watch from Jura Watches. Initially, I had my eye on the Sinn U1 in blue, but was informed that there would be a significant wait. I got in touch with Jura Watches to request a swap, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. In the end, I ended up with the upgraded Sinn U2 watch at a discounted rate, with just an additional £50 to pay. The watch arrived the very next day, complete with a bonus watch winder. I am extremely pleased with the whole process and delighted with my new watch.
Excellent customer service
I've got to say, I had a brilliant experience with the customer service team at this online watch shop. I had a question about delivery, and they got back to me straight away with a fix. I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were, and I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Garmin epix pro 51mm. £714
Shocking service. I ordered the garmin Epix pro 51mm. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. During the wait I done some YouTube research and realised it would be too big and complicated. I received the watch on the Friday midday and it was posted back by 12.55 Saturday. They said it had been worn which it absolutely had not.
I did not even have the watch on my wrist or even turn it on. Sent it straight back. I was point blank refused my money back. I was offered a store credit, the price of the watch £714. I will never entertain this shop again. I've read other similar reviews on Jura refusing returns. They said the clasp was damaged. Very similar to a review below and more. Very nice way for them to make money.. store credit then they sell the watch on. Disgusting.

I just have to mention how amazed I was by the price I managed to get my Zodiac Sea Cron watch for - it was an absolute bargain compared to other stores, with a huge 50% off! Ordering it was easy, and it was shipped out quickly. When it arrived, I was happy to see that it was still in perfect condition, with all the protective plastics still on. All in all, my experience was brilliant, and I am really happy with my purchase.
Victorinox Watch Fieldforce Chrono
I rang up the other day to inquire about three fancy watches I saw online. Ellis was really nice and took the time to help me out. I liked that they sent me a link to pay by email because I'm not too keen on doing it over the phone. Ellis stayed on the line while I checked the link and made sure it was all good. Ordering was easy-peasy, and I got all the confirmation and stuff in just 20 minutes. Cheers Ellis!
Luxury watch purchase
I was really hesitant about purchasing this fancy watch online, but Jura totally exceeded my expectations! The customer service team was fantastic and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. And get this - they even adjusted the strap on the watch for me, how awesome is that? I was kept updated on the delivery status and it arrived precisely on time. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

Garmin watch purchase
I bought a Garmin watch from this shop recently and had a really bad time with it. They told me it would be delivered in 1-2 weeks, which seemed fine as many other places had it in stock. But, I placed my order on the 6th of April and didn't get the watch until the 24th of May, a massive 7 weeks later! I contacted them many times during this period to ask about my order, but all they gave me were vague answers about delays in distribution and promises to check with Garmin. Despite what they said, I never got a clear idea of when it would arrive or any further updates from the shop.
Faulty watch purchase
I bought a watch not long ago, but it turned out to be faulty. Luckily, the customer service team was really helpful in guiding me through the return process. I've bought from them before and after this great experience, I would definitely shop with them again.
Dissatisfaction with extra discount offer after placing a review
I got a response from the company after I left a review about their customer service which disappointed me. It was annoying that I had to leave a bad review just to get offered a discount. I wondered why they couldn't have offered it earlier. I tried to negotiate for a 12% discount but they ended up saying no. This whole situation showed me that their system is quite limited and their customer service isn't very flexible. Even though I eventually got a refund, I was left feeling unhappy about the whole experience and it's made me think twice about buying from them again.
Watch with gift wrapping
I paid a bit extra for gift wrapping on my order, but when it arrived it was a complete disaster! The corners were all creased, the paper was ripped, and it honestly looked like it had been butchered with a spoon instead of scissors. To top it off, they used company ribbon so there was zero element of surprise. I had to rip off the wrapping and start from scratch. I was not happy about it, to say the least!
Watch purchase
I must say, my time at that fancy watch store was quite disappointing. The people working there were more focused on chatting with each other than actually assisting customers. Joshua and Hany were nowhere to be found when I needed help, and when I did manage to get them to notice me, they weren't very helpful at all. I probably would have received better service from a street vendor selling fake watches.
Recent watch purchase
I recently bought a watch from this shop and it was a really good experience. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, but weren't too pushy. The prices were fair and I trusted the company. I'll definitely be telling my friends to check them out if they need a watch.
Longines watch
My experience with the company was the absolute worst and I do not recommend it to anyone.
1. Ordered the watch just to be delivered 5 weeks later, with no email or phone call to keep me updated, zero interest for the customer. I had to call them twice just to get the same formal "you have to wait" answer and nothing else. I had to email Longines to see if I was actually being conned or there was a delay indeed from the manufacturer. Longines customer service answered quickly and confirmed the delay.
2. I have asked Jura for the watch to be supplied with a longer leather strap band, got the email confirmation it will happen but guess what, the watch arrived with the standard one so I can barely close it around my wrist.
3. The watch was delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of a more reliable service considering the value of the package and guess what again, the mailman left it on the floor in the building reception where the door is always semi-opened (broken) and put his own confirmation signature on the system. Luckily no one took it from there where my wife found it.
Buying a £3K beautiful watch was suppose to be a joyous moment but instead, the whole experience was resentful thanks to Jura Watches.Efficient ordering and delivery
The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, no hassle at all. My watch arrived really quickly and I was kept informed at every stage. The packaging was great, they really paid attention to the details.
