Birthday gift for dad
I recently bought a watch for my dad's 60th birthday from The Watch Hut and I have to say, I was really impressed with how well they looked after me. I checked out a few reviews online before deciding to go for it, and the watch was on my doorstep just 2 days later. Unfortunately, it wasn't ticking quite right, so I got in touch with their customer service through live chat. Georgia was super helpful and told me to send the watch back. She reassured me that if there was a problem with the watch, they'd refund the delivery fee. They got the watch back on Tuesday, and by Wednesday, I had a replacement that was in perfect working order. I sent them my postage receipt on Wednesday and by Thursday, the money was back in my account. I really appreciate how quick and efficient they were - top-notch service all round.
Watch for wife's birthday
I recently bought a watch from The Watch Hut for my wife's birthday. The website was really easy to use and I managed to find a really nice watch at a good price. Ordering it was easy too, and it arrived on time, all nicely wrapped up for a gift. I've even got a picture of the wrapping to show you guys. I can't say much about the watch itself as I still haven't given it to my wife, her birthday is still coming up. One thing that wasn't great though was the delivery service from Evri, they left the parcel in a dodgy spot even after I put security tape.

I made sure to read reviews from other buyers and they seemed pleased with their purchases, so I decided to go ahead and treat myself. The whole ordering process was a breeze - just clicked a few buttons, entered my details, made the payment, and voilà, the watch was on its way. It arrived pretty quickly and I was very pleased with it. All in all, a great experience!
Watch ordered for wife's birthday
I bought a watch for my wife's birthday from The Watch Hut. The whole ordering process was really simple and straightforward on their website. However, I've had some problems with the delivery through the courier service, evri. The watch was sent out on time but it looks like it's been sitting at the evri warehouse for days now. I got in touch with The Watch Hut customer service for help, but I was a bit let down to find out that they couldn't really do anything until 10 days past the expected delivery date. Because of this hold-up, I'm thinking about ordering from a different shop and maybe sending the watch back to The Watch Hut if it does eventually turn up.

If the watches don't show up soon, I'll have to send them back or reject the delivery.

Great watch, poor delivery experience
I bought a watch from this shop not long ago and I have to say, the watch is absolutely amazing. The design is beautiful and the quality is really high. But I have to admit, the delivery wasn't great at all. The delivery person just chucked the package over the fence, leaving it out in the rain, instead of taking it to my door. It's disappointing that such negligence can spoil what is otherwise a really good product.
Gold and black watch
The watch I bought looks really nice, it's got a cool gold and black design that catches the eye. But, I've noticed that sometimes it's a bit hard to see the time clearly because of the black against the gold, especially when it's not very bright. Also, while everything else is great with the watch so far, the alarm isn't very loud and doesn't last long, so it's better as a backup alarm rather than the main one.
