I wouldn't buy from them again — simple as that. I ordered something I use every day (a spare charger for my laptop that keeps me going through work-from-home days) and the promised 5–15 day window came and went. I contacted support; they said it was out of stock and they'd ship when back. I asked for a refund and started a chargeback with my bank because their timeline felt vague. If it ever turns up it might work fine, but the uncertainty is a dealbreaker.
Quiet after checkout
I clicked 'buy' about fifteen days ago on a quiet evening. The checkout worked fine. Card charged, confirmation email came through within minutes. Ten minutes later I spotted a wrong option and asked for cancellation. I sent five follow-up emails after no reply. No human answer. A day later an automated message arrived with a UPS tracking number. UPS told me that number doesn't exist. So technically the store performs the transaction and sends automated updates. In practice there's no real support and no valid tracking. It feels like a process with nothing behind it. Useful when you just want a quick buy. But unreliable when things go wrong.
Misrouted and unresolved
the tracking shows a delivery to Texas and it was picked up in Giddings on 4 February. I live in Denmark. Repeated emails produced polite, slow replies and assurances that changed nothing. Customer service sounded reasonable but didn’t fix the problem. I needed the gear for everyday clips and commute shots, so it cost me time. Not a disaster, just poor handling; I wouldn’t order again without better delivery guarantees.
Bit of a compromise — useable but not something I'd fully trust
I wouldn't trust these as my go-to spares, but they do work in a pinch. Right away I should say that they’re cheaper than the proper GoPro batteries, and that’s why I keep coming back, but don’t expect OEM reliability. So why bother? Because sometimes you need the camera running and £80 for a genuine pack just isn’t doable.
