avoid it. I bought priority insurance in January for a weekend trip and it never delivered — slow replies, no proper contact, first impression was meh and then worse. I'm grateful my card provider is disputing the charge and I’m fairly confident I’ll get a refund (which is a relief).
Nearly gave up
Halfway through the week I was convinced it'd been a proper scam — the tracking link was useless, same automated reply over and over, like with other dodgy sites I've had to deal with before. Kept nagging them and in the end they actually sorted a refund and sent a replacement. Took longer than it should, not smooth, but result was acceptable. Still wary, but relieved it didn't end as badly as I feared.
Late arrival, decent kit
I first saw this on a mate's shelf and she recommended it, so I ordered one as a Christmas present. Delivery was really slow, weeks of chasing and canned replies — part was frustrating. The parcel arrived after the holiday and the product feels solid, good finish and easy to use; it does what it says. Customer service was unhelpful and reluctant to refund. Not awful, but avoid if you need it quickly.
Kept on read, then actually useful
I ordered late November and then radio silence — no tracking, no reply. I used their Get in Touch and got nothing back until I copied the customer-service link into a fresh email, which weirdly solved it. Tracking showed movement to 11 Dec and the parcel turned up about 20 Dec. The item itself is solid and I use it every morning; feels well made and handy, much better than I expected. Frustrating communication, but the product does the job.
Late and a bit sketchy, but it turned up
annoyed but relieved — it eventually arrived, just... late and a bit messy. Felt like I’d ordered from a mystery shop in the Far East. Paid straight away but got no confirmation, had to chase them via the contact form and waited days for a reply. The tracking link looked dodgy and seemed to say the parcel was still in China, which was stressful as it was meant to be my five-year-old's Christmas present. Now it's used every evening, so happy enough, but the whole process was clumsy.
