I had a pretty good experience with Battery Station recently. The staff were really helpful and quick to respond to my order, which I liked. The ordering process was easy and I was impressed with how quickly I received my purchase. However, I was let down by the delivery service. Even though I live in a simple-to-find location, the courier company had a hard time finding my address and it took a few tries to get my order to me. It was annoying and kind of spoiled an otherwise smooth transaction.
Two button batteries
I ordered a couple of button batteries from this place and the cost was really good! The website said that if I placed my order before 4pm, I'd receive it the very next day and you know what? They arrived right on schedule! Their customer service was superb, I honestly can't praise them enough.
Batteries bought
I didn't like this place at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wrote a bad review, but after chatting with the owner, my opinion completely changed. He was really friendly and fixed all my problems. I received a full refund and a nice gesture of goodwill, even though it wasn't his fault. Thank you, Jamie, I will definitely be returning here again!
Battery replacement order
I ordered a new battery not long ago, and I must say the customer service left a lot to be desired. I faced quite a few problems while trying to place my order, like glitches on the website and not being able to get hold of customer support. The lack of communication and slow response made the whole thing quite annoying. On top of that, I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to similar products out there.

I ordered it in the evening and was chuffed when it turned up the very next day without me having to fork out for fast delivery. They were really quick and efficient with the delivery. Two batteries ordered
I ordered two batteries last week but still haven't got them. I got dispatch and tracking emails, but the tracking system isn't working. I can't even get in touch with the company to complain because the number they gave is only for business customers. As a regular customer, I feel totally ignored and now I have to go on a trip without the batteries I need.

Rechargeable batteries purchased
I never expected my purchase of rechargeable batteries to become such a drama. I got an email with a discount code, so I excitedly went to buy them, but couldn't find where to enter the code at checkout. When I realised this, it was too late - the payment had already gone through. When I tried calling customer service, I was told they don't take calls from individual customers, so I had to call again pretending to be a business just to speak to someone. Even though I tried to fix things right after placing the order, I was told it might be too late to cancel and that I must have missed the drop-down box for the discount code. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated, stuck with an order I wouldn't have made if I had known about the discount issue. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Battery purchase with long shelf life and competitive prices
Placing the order was so easy and it arrived really quickly. All the batteries were in great condition and have a really long shelf life. The prices were good too, which is always a bonus. I'm happy with my purchase overall and I'll definitely be using Battery Station again in the future.

It was annoying because I needed the batteries I originally picked out. Battery Station should have told me about this substitution or given me another option.
Even though the representative quickly said sorry and owned up to the mistake, they didn't offer to take back the wrong items. This lack of responsibility is disappointing and doesn't make me trust Battery Station's customer service. If they didn't have the items in stock, they shouldn't have them listed for sale on their website.
