Excellent service. Took standard delivery (foc) which 2 to 3 days. Received note out for delivery next day. Phoned the helpline given and lady very helpful and arranged with couriers to deliver to alternate address of neighbours.
I was actually back when courier arrived although he was enquiring at neighbours before offloading. Very helpful courier and polite. Product quality great and for quality price competitive and well packaged. If was to pick a fault the wall supports to hold the radiator to the wall are a bit flimsy (plastic) but so are others in Wickes / B&Q etc. I have some chrome metal ones that plumber used previously so these will be polished up and re used.Don’t understand why came up with no for use again. Glitch in the system of course would use and recommend
£180 radiator-though not all the parts!!!
bought a radiator-what they dont tell you is they send it out in 3 parcels (what could go wrong??) got one bit then 4 days later 2nd bit and then nothing-contacted them and they ignored emails for 2 days finally just saying 'we;ll check warehouse and be in contact soon' and nothing
still left with a pile of scrap that doesnt work-they blamed covid but we ordered from many other suppliers for a bathroom reno and they all delivered their products within time and some with the same delivery co they say they use=wouldnt use them again97000198348
Ordered a radiator and immediately realised I’d made a mistake with sizing. Contacted them less than an hour later asking for the order to be cancelled so I can order the correct size, and order two additional radiators for other rooms. Heard nothing back. Emailed again the following evening. Heard nothing back. Came home a few more days later to see they had left the radiator package propped up against the house in the rain, despite the fact that we have a huge covered porch area.
Finally received an email response a day after delivery telling us we needed to organise and pay for return of the package, and giving us the address. Emailed them back expressing my upset (still being polite at this point). Still haven’t heard a response days later.
Really really bad customer service. Not happy at all. Having to spend £20 on return postage and to be honest have a total lack of trust in the company even returning our money for the radiator.
Definitely not ordering anymore from them. Going elsewhere for all radiator and other requirements for our house renovation!Minimalist Traditional Heated Towel Rail Milano Derwent

Terrible and dishonest service
Returned an item to this company at my own expense for an authorised refund. I was assured twice by e-mail and once by phone that the refund would be processed in a few days but nothing happened and my last e-mail went unanswered. I would never buy anything from this company again and could not recommend that anyone else does.

during cold season my house turn into the refrigerator. however last year i brought radiators from best heating and they work really fine. even after such a long period they are doing the work very nicely. the completely worth of every single penny.
