the shape and colour are exactly what I'd hoped and it sits nicely on my sofa. First impression was that it's comfortable, but on closer look the finish isn't quite up to what they charge — a few loose threads and the foam feels slightly softer than expected. Packaging was basic cardboard, no nice extras. Delivery annoyed me most: the only paid option was an expensive DHL Express and it was left at a local shop, not my door. Decent product, poor service; I'll probably try elsewhere next time.
Mixed bag — delivery let it down
only an express courier option (a pretty hefty fee) and they didn't even drop it at my door — left it at some grim little shop instead. I tried to raise it with customer service but the response was lukewarm and not very helpful. Good enough to use, but I won't be ordering again.
