When the first two rolls arrived, I thought I’d finally get the hallway sorted that weekend. I started hanging it once the panelling was finished and quickly realised the printed scissors dictate where you can cut. That sounds like a small thing, but it creates loads of waste. The rolls are also narrower than the usual size, which wasn’t clear enough to me when ordering. Two rolls have only managed roughly a third of the space above the panels, where ordinary paper would probably have done the lot. The delivery was fine, no issue there, but the overall cost has turned into a bit of a shock. I now need four more rolls, around £560, plus another day for the decorator. I’d hoped customer service might offer a more useful explanation or solution. Instead, I’m left with an unfinished hallway for a while, and honestly it’s rather disheartening.
Mixed feelings, to be honest
the shape and colour are exactly what I'd hoped and it sits nicely on my sofa. First impression was that it's comfortable, but on closer look the finish isn't quite up to what they charge — a few loose threads and the foam feels slightly softer than expected. Packaging was basic cardboard, no nice extras. Delivery annoyed me most: the only paid option was an expensive DHL Express and it was left at a local shop, not my door. Decent product, poor service; I'll probably try elsewhere next time.
