I sent several emails and heard nothing for a while, which is worrying when you've only got a 30‑day return window. Eventually they apologised and offered a partial refund and said I could keep the top rather than send it back (return postage from here would have eaten most of the garment's value). I accepted the refund and it went through after a few days. So, not perfect — communication could be a lot better — but I appreciated the honesty and the practical solution. Useful reminder that international returns can be a hassle, and that sometimes a modest refund plus keeping the item is the simplest route.
