Bought these because my lower back's been playing up and I needed something comfy for work and lugging boxes about. They're soft, stretchy and sit well on the waist. Delivery was quick, courier even rang ahead, and customer service answered my question fast. Nothing perfect — one seam seems a bit off — but they do the job and I’ll probably order another pair.
Parcel beat expectations
Wasn't expecting the parcel to turn up so fast, and the packaging was neat — that impressed me a bit more than the top, to be honest. The shirt is soft, fits true to size, not tight or too loose. Simple look, goes with jeans or smarter trousers. Customer service replied quickly when I asked about tracking, better than a couple of other places I've tried. Price felt fair and I'll probably order again.
Cheeky-find
Halfway through a scroll one dull evening I tapped the shop after a mate sent a cheeky link, and that’s how it started. I was half expecting thin, twee stuff, but the clothes turned out properly made — soft fabrics, decent cut and fits that actually match the chart. Delivery came quicker than I thought, and customer service was annoyingly helpful in a good way, and the prices weren’t silly either. Still a bit sceptical at first, now I recommend it to friends without thinking twice.
Oddly relieved — they actually helped
I first saw the stuff on Instagram after a mate tipped me, so I thought why not. Ordered four items mid‑December, only two turned up in January and they looked a bit cheap — I was annoyed. I nagged customer service (slow to reply, but not rude), they organised a separate parcel, sent tracking and eventually one more item arrived. Quality’s not amazing, delivery was a faff, but they did sort the problem in the end so I’m oddly glad I chased them.
Dodgy purchase, learned something
avoid this seller — ordering was a mess and I never got the items, though I'm a bit glad I now know how to spot warning signs. I ordered eye pencils in early January and by March there was still nothing. Replies were vague, unnamed reps saying the parcel was "in Corvallis" (which made no sense) and only when I pushed did I get more stories. No delivery, no refund despite several requests, and that silence was the worst part. If you're buying, take screenshots, use a card with protection and be ready to dispute. Annoying but instructive. Wouldn't recommend it to others.
Slow to reply but fair outcome

Eventually they apologised and offered a partial refund and said I could keep the top rather than send it back (return postage from here would have eaten most of the garment's value). I accepted the refund and it went through after a few days. So, not perfect — communication could be a lot better — but I appreciated the honesty and the practical solution. Useful reminder that international returns can be a hassle, and that sometimes a modest refund plus keeping the item is the simplest route.
