I was sceptical at first, but the parcel arrived on time and customer support helped quickly when it was sent to the wrong place. The belt, though, felt underpowered — I never noticed proper contractions. I chased support again and got no reply, which was annoying. So good delivery and initial service, but the device and follow-up let it down; be cautious.
Still waiting for a reply
cords loosely wrapped, bits rattling about. The belt, labelled size 16, is much smaller than my other size 16 belts and basically unusable, which is frustrating. I've had quicker responses from other firms. Oddly, the stitching and finish were fine, so it's not all bad. I'd appreciate someone getting back to me.
Surprising posture win
when I sat up properly it suddenly felt like it was working, core engagement. Still no magic slimming yet, but I can feel progress and I'm keen to keep at it.
Not brilliant, but a small relief
Bought two of these for my home office — video calls, streaming playlists, bits-and-bobs — so when both arrived dead out of the box I was properly annoyed. Contacted support, asked for a refund and they said sure, but you’ll need to post the items back yourself. No prepaid label, just a voucher they offered to cover postage — only usable on a future purchase from their site. Not ideal, and I did grumble, but the moment I felt a bit satisfied was when that voucher finally appeared and I could at least send them back without a big extra bill. Still won’t shop here again, but at least it ended without me losing everything.

I got in touch and they didn’t hide behind scripts — someone actually walked me through checks, pointed out a likely user mistake and even offered a replacement if it was faulty. That honesty was refreshing. If I’m picky, the instructions could be clearer, and the belt feels a bit plasticky, yet overall good value and service that genuinely cares, really.
