just what I wanted for dog walks and cold commutes. Thing is, after a couple of wears the inner arm seam split right open when I was putting it on for the school run — padding spilling out, lovely. I emailed customer service, sent photos, explained it’s a manufacturing fault and they basically said because it had been worn they wouldn't help. Felt short, blunt and unfair. I know my rights, so I'm taking it further. Colour was great though, I'll admit that.
Not my favourite
mixed feelings, but it worked out in the end. I ordered the wrong model by mistake and initially got a completely different item, so I sent both back and chased them for a refund. It was annoying for my morning routine, emails took ages, but I did get my money back.
