Worth it, actually. Saw the ad on Instagram and was wary, but a mate sent the link so I tried. Picked up a sale cardigan. It was posted that evening and arrived ridiculously fast. Fit and colour were fine, nothing flashy, just what I wanted. Dry service, no fuss.
Lovely surprise dress
Wore it to brunch last weekend and honestly it felt lovely — soft, light, the frills sat nicely and the print is a deep plum floral that I didn’t expect. Fits true-ish but I’d size up for anything tight. Kept it.
Left hanging
Sat by the phone before it arrived — needed it for a midweek dinner and kept second-guessing. It’s been days with no processing update. I messaged on chat, Facebook and email. Still waiting. Bit annoyed. Won't trust them for last-minute purchases. I'll probably return it if it turns up.

Splitting seams and shrugging shoulders
just what I wanted for dog walks and cold commutes. Thing is, after a couple of wears the inner arm seam split right open when I was putting it on for the school run — padding spilling out, lovely. I emailed customer service, sent photos, explained it’s a manufacturing fault and they basically said because it had been worn they wouldn't help. Felt short, blunt and unfair. I know my rights, so I'm taking it further. Colour was great though, I'll admit that.
Not my favourite
mixed feelings, but it worked out in the end. I ordered the wrong model by mistake and initially got a completely different item, so I sent both back and chased them for a refund. It was annoying for my morning routine, emails took ages, but I did get my money back.
