avoid them. I signed up and cancelled within a month because the traffic looked fake. One single IP produced over 100 clicks in a day — obvious bot behaviour. I told the account manager; they were dismissive and claimed they'd never seen this in 20 years. Oddly, cancellation was handled quickly, which surprised me. Support wasn't helpful; don't expect proper answers. If you're thinking of using them, ask for raw logs and an IP breakdown before you commit.
Wrong instructions, lovely yarn
I ended up in hospital recently, so only just had time to start the Juaying purple crochet flower bouquet. The kit itself is quite nice — yarn feels good and colours are spot on, which actually surprised me. The snag is they’ve sent instructions for the yellow bouquet, so I’m a bit lost. Bought it on Amazon but return window had closed and I can’t find a seller contact. Don’t want to return it, just need the right pattern or some help.
Late-night spike
watch your metrics closely and don't assume they're on your side.
Money gone too quick
tiny session times, massive bounces, like bots or misdirected clicks. No clear view of where the ads showed up, the dashboard was thin, and every attempt to get help got ignored — just automated chasing and then debt emails. In the end it stopped and I was relieved, but avoid if you need proper control.
That tiny wave of relief
We started a small ad run a few weeks back and at first it looked promising — lots of clicks, felt like it was working. Then the odd ones showed up, ghost clicks, you know the sort. I tried to stop it after a week but the contract tied us in. They wouldn't credit anything or show proof. They even brought a debt collector while we were still arguing. The first moment I felt proper satisfied was when our lawyer pulled the timestamps and said it was solid. Felt a bit lighter then, actually.
Nearly walked away
tracking pixel not checked properly, no real optimisation, they were poking about. I asked to cancel and they quoted the contract back at me, which was annoying. Things got tense, they asked for extra money even though the service had slipped, we argued; I offered compromises. Eventually someone competent fixed tracking and the extra charge was dropped — we avoided legal nonsense. Not perfect, but I’m relieved. Get everything written down, ask for a backup and be ready to chase.
Frustrating month, small bright spot
they set up and optimise the ads, we get sales, we decide afterwards. The campaign went live and then the account manager quit. After that things slowed right down. Tracking wasn't checked properly, optimisation hardly happened and for weeks I chased them. I asked to cancel and they said I was locked in. Then they asked for extra money on top of the contract, even though they hadn't delivered. I did offer compromises. They threatened legal action over a minor balance. On the plus side a few visits did come through — a surprise — but it felt like too little, too late. Service and delivery left a lot to be desired.
Invoice nightmare, dodgy dashboard
the reporting was so poor it made me suspicious on day one. We were told improved sales tracking would be put in place, promised features and better transparency, but it never arrived. Months later the bills kept coming (even after we cancelled the campaign) and we still had no idea what the spend related to — no useful reports, no traffic uplift, nothing to show for it. So yes, that sticking point — the lack of clear reporting — is what spoiled the whole experience.
Little test, big lesson
they didn’t. It felt like watching money evaporate. I cancelled the agreement after a few weeks because, honestly, the results were negligible. Then, 20 days later, an invoice lands for the same amount as our test spend. I rang them and was met with “check the contract” and no real ownership from the person I’d been dealing with. It’s not dramatic, just annoying — felt a bit like being nicked for every penny. On the bright side, I’m glad I kept the budget small and noticed it early, so that’s a relief. Won’t be recommending them to that mate, not after this.
Annoying pop-up ads
Kelkoo won't stop plaguing me with these irritating pop-up shopping icons, even though I've tried to block ads. It's really annoying to keep seeing them try to get more clicks by fooling users, particularly aiming at older folks who might not know how to stop these ads. I can tell it's Kelkoo causing all this hassle by checking the HTML code.
Online ads
I had such a bad experience using this website for online ads. It was a disaster! There were loads of fake clicks, it was as if the website wasn't working properly. Even when we wanted to stop, they made us continue advertising for another month with more fake clicks. They were really unhelpful and impolite when we tried to sort things out. They wouldn't give us any proof that the clicks were real and refused to credit us for the fake ones. Instead of trying to resolve things, they went ahead and hired a debt collector while we were still trying to talk to them about it! Oh my gosh, it was just a complete mess and now we have to involve our lawyer. Seriously, such a bad experience!
Fake PPC contract
I recently bought a dodgy PPC contract from this company, but had to cancel it after a month. The service was a total scam, loads of fake PPC clicks coming in daily. Can you believe that one IP address racked up over 100 clicks? When I told the account manager, they just shrugged it off and said they'd never had complaints in their 20 years of business. Absolutely disgraceful!
Advertised marketing device
I bought this marketing device thinking it would give me a 5x return on ad spend, but it was all a con. The company was promoting in a different country than mine, and when I looked at Google Analytics, the clicks they said they were getting just didn't add up. Instead of making money, I ended up losing money on my ads. On top of that, when I tried to get in touch with my account manager, they were hardly ever around. I would definitely avoid that company.
Lack of Product Variety
I was really let down by this website. I was after a certain product, but they didn't have it. Their stock seemed pretty limited compared to other sites I've used. It felt like a waste of my time looking through what little they had.
Google Shopping CSS service
After trying out various other CSS services for Google Shopping over the last 15 years, we thought we'd give Kelkoo a go. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a massive mistake. The sales tracking and spend interface was really basic and didn't have proper reporting features. This lack of transparency made it hard to figure out where our money was going, and it seemed to be on purpose. Even after highlighting these issues, the promised improvements like better reporting and sales tracking never happened. We kept getting monthly bills with no clear breakdown of where the money was being spent, how many clicks we were getting, or any increase in traffic.
Eventually, we decided to stop using Kelkoo but the invoices kept coming even after cancelling the campaign. Despite trying multiple times to sort things out and get some clarity, our emails were ignored. To top it off, we then received a letter from a solicitor in the UK saying we owed Kelkoo £900. We disputed this, but ended up in a dispute with them in the County Court.Online purchase for generating sales
Despite all the bad things I've heard about Kelkoo before, I thought I'd give it a go for my online business. To my surprise, I've actually been getting some decent traffic and making sales through it. I'm pretty pleased with the service we've been getting. In the end, we've even hit our Cost of Sales target, so it's all good!
Paid for online advertising
In my experience, I decided to invest in online advertising with this company, hoping it would drive more traffic to my website. Unfortunately, I was let down to see that the "traffic" they delivered didn't translate into new customers. Not only did the service not live up to its claims, but it was also quite pricey. I wouldn't suggest using this service for online advertising as it simply didn't give me any bang for my buck.
Online advertising campaign
I used Kelkoo for an online advertising campaign recently, and I must say I was really let down by the results. It was obvious to me that there was some click fraud going on because I saw a big jump in website traffic but no increase in actual conversions. I found it really annoying that the costs were not managed transparently, and it was even worse when the account manager took ages to get back to me with a report. All in all, I feel like I wasted over 1000 euros on what felt like a con.
Advertise with Kelkoo
I gave Kelkoo a go to advertise my stuff, but it turned out to be a complete waste of both time and money. The seller just kept requesting more cash to boost sales, but it had zero effect. And when I wanted to cancel, they still charged me the same amount for the following month. They are scammers through and through, only interested in grabbing all your money.
Online advertising services
I used Kelkoo for online advertising services recently and I have to say it wasn't great. I worked with them for three months and saw good traffic and conversion rates. When I asked for payment for the last two months, they just kept sending me forms to fill in instead. The manager promised they would pay me if I kept working, but then they stopped replying when I asked about the delay. It's really disappointing to see a company behave like this.
